New Year - new year's resolutions
There is always the sense of anticipation at the beginning of the year for a few weeks anything seems possible and all those new year's resolutions will be achieved! Here are a few of mine :-
1) Continue to de-clutter- I aim to remove 7 items a week from the house - I have been doing this for nearly a year now and the cupboards are getting emptied but there is still some way to go!
2) If something new is brought into the house something else has to go out. This works really well as however much you might like something in the shops I only buy it now if I like it more than something else I have already got.
3) Pick some flowers from the garden every week.
4) Buy more local food.
5) Spend more time by the sea.
