Celebrating Spring and Easter

 Just a short post to wish you all a very Happy Easter and also to celebrate Spring!


We saw this lovely wreath on a front door while on holiday. I meant to try and make one too but time ran out before Easter! Definitely something to do next year.


One lunch hour last week I visited the Curiosity Centre in Dorchester and couldn't resist taking a picture of this beautiful wooden hare with my mobile phone. I was so very tempted to bring it home with me!


I'm afraid I haven't done a gardening post for ages but as you can see our garden has been joining in to celebrate the coming of Spring with a blaze of flowers and colours.



We have a busy weekend ahead and still have a long list of jobs to do!  Thank you as always for visiting and brightening my day. Hope you have a lovely long weekend too.

    A gorgeous post Sarah. Me too on the wreath. I was planning either buying one or making. I like the one you found. Your flowers are so pretty and perfect timing for Easter. You were a tough girl to resist that adorable wooden rabbit. He is adorable. What a pretty butterfly dish. It is ceramic or paper?

    every year I think I want to decorate for Easter but then I never do. this year I'm going to Yorkshire tomorrow with sis to visit Gran, so then I think well I'm not going to be in my house for Easter so is there any point decorating?! I love seeing other peoples decorations though

    Hello, just discovered your lovely blog !! Door wreath is beautiful.....I have a woven wreath like this somewhere.....I picked it up at a bootsale.......it needs stripping and re doing which was going to be a project but I need to find it first !! Happy Easter to you and yours !

      It was £30.00 but it was quite tall at 18 inches but it was beautiful made and the wood was lovely. Sarah x
