A trip to Beer

We have had another chance to carry on with our walk along the Jurassic Coast. This time took us to the beautiful village of Beer. Although we have visited there on several occasions we have never walked along the coast path to Seaton. The views were amazing as you can see, it has just taken me months to share this! Hope you enjoy these summer views.

  1. Such a lovely place. My twelve year old self has happy memories of visiting with family. Wonderful pasties. Great caves to explore and a trip on a fishing boat to catch mackerel. We were staying in Seaton and our father teased us by trying to save petrol and coast down the hills to Beer. All rather silly but it kept us happy. B x

  2. Wow! What stunning views of a beautiful part of the world. I like the picture of the boat planted with colorful flowers, but the ocean views are the best. I spent my childhood holidays along the Jurassic Coast at Bournemouth. I think Devon is prettier but have lovely memories. P. x

  5. Sorry to be late in commenting! Beer is one of our favourite visits and we enjoy a crab sandwich in one of the beach cafes. We ususally park in Axmouth and walk over to Beer and back again, there is so much to see.
