Better than the Christmas sales!

A few years ago I used to rush to the sales and buy things I didn't really need, now I realise how much better it is to only buy something if I need it and spend the time instead appreciating the world around me.

                           Daisy doesn't like the camera so it's difficult to get good pictures of her!

I was also inspired yesterday after reading Thrifty Household's post to join the Backlane Flower challenge which is to pick a bunch of flowers from the the garden  for 52 weeks. This is my first posy from the garden.
